In 2008, the Tax Eradicator challenged an IRS audit that denied a deduction for actual sales tax paid. Without counsel, she successfully petitioned the United States Tax Court and prevailed. Due to impeccable substantiation the deduction was accepted as filed. To remain current, The Tax Eradicator attends annually The Western Continuing Professional Education’s Federal Individual & Business Tax Update Conference.
